Phil and Hannah were nice and professional. Gentle on the hands and feet and welcoming. Was in town visiting family and needed to fix my nails. They fit me in and I love the finished product!
The owners are skilled and produce lovely nails in a clean environment. However, the male owner is disrespectful, impatient, and rude. Very poor interpersonal skills and unprofessional. After being a client for 3 years, my mother who is 78 accidently went to her appointment the day after it was scheduled. Upon entering the salon, she was abruptly confronted about missing her appointment the day before, told to pay for the missed appointment before she could schedule a new one, which was followed by "don't waste my time" from the owner. This was an honest mistake and my dear Mom did not deserve to be treated that way. His precious time will not be wasted on her or anyone in our family that were patrons of the salon in the past.
The guy that runs this place is a nasty person. Would not honor a gift certificate that was purchased for me for Christmas even though his shop was closed from March until June due to Covid, because he said it was expired! Very poor customer relations. Hope he goes out of business!
