I went for a pedicure and I asked him not to cut short and he went way below my nail bed.... like i'm usually not picky but it hurts so bad and you can like see that my nail bed is missing half of its nail. i'm in a lot of pain and he just rushed really fast so im not super happy :/

I've been going to K&Q Nail Bar since I moved to Utah for my eyebrows , nails , and feet . If you want good customer service, Clean Environment, Relaxing Vibes , then come to K&Q . Jenny and all the employees will treat you very well .

I'm seriously sad. I really liked this place until my experience recently and I won't be returning. Typically the salon is clean and the technicians do a great job with dip gel and acrylic nails. The male technician was rude and rougher than usual -- I'm very easy going and have always tipped well. I was so caught off guard when I was cut repeatedly, my hands were yanked around, and then told over and over that I need to relax my hands. I wanted the whole thing to be over. I left in tears with my fingers sore. So confused why I was treated to cruelly completely unprovoked.

Hope they reassess. Jenny is very kind and hard working.

Super nice place. It's clean and relaxing. The employees are helpful. My nails looks great. They even helped the trans boys, who were next to us, who weren't sure how to be girls. They weren't judgey but kind to explain the differences of a full set and gel nails and help them decide what was best for them. That could have gone weird but the employee was so amazing.
