Weeks earlier had a pedicure and manicure. Felt the treatment was nice on that first occasion, but walked in to ask that the gel nail polish on hands , which was growing out, looking rough, be removed. Staffed asked "If that's all you want, we are too busy right now!" I said "I'll wait!" As I chose to wait I observed 3 staff / techs finish with others, grab their phones, ignoring my requests to be helped. I watched others come/& go, so finally went to question the man who claims to be "THE MANAGER ", why I am being overlooked? They pretend to not understand English, but they sure have no problem with English dollar amounts. KNails charged $20. to remove their nail polish after I demanded to be given service. I am so disappointed in the service at this location.
The owner did a great job on my nails and took the extra effort to fix what my previous nail tech skipped out on (different place).
Everyone is always friendly and does a good job, especially for the prices! They're good with kids also, I've taken my daughters here and they always leave with smiles on their faces!
Mai is such a nice lady, they took me in right away! She was the most talented nail tech I've ever had by far not only east she the most friendly but she gave the most reasonable prices! I recommend here 10/10 this is my spot now!!
I've been going to the west side of Madison. I live in Marshall so I needed to look for a closer place. I have never had a better social experience in a nail salon. The young husband/wife team (I forgot their names, sorry) were so fabulous. My daughter usually has a hard time with the language barrier but the woman did a fantastic job of doing what she requested. The guy had a conversation with me! :) My nails were perfect. The 3rd time I went, they were pretty busy and he rushed through it. Unfortunately, my nails didn't last for very long. I'll go back when they aren't in a rush.
