You can't just walk in for a manicure, you must have an appointment , and they don't provide waxing.
I've been going here ever since they opened, and to Sammy & Tommy at their old shop! These two work magic with nails, & I refuse to go anywhere else! I recommend them to all my friends and they all go here so 10/10 recommend! I show them a picture of what I want and Sammy creates it even better. Love them!
The only place in Cincinnati that isn't super expensive BUT know how to make you smile with the job. They are professional, very kind. I love Nikki! Everyone is so nice and talented. They never turn you down, and always put an effort into their masterpiece
can't rave enough about my experience! just moved back from out of town and was lost on where to go. i was put with taylor for my mani/pedi and she KILLED it !! total perfectionist, which is my fav quality in a person. thanks!!
First off, the place needs major remodeling it looks like it's from the 70s. Old equipment, they don't even have Massage chairs. This was my first time here and at first I thought the guy doing my nails knew what he was doing but they ended up looking terrible. I picked a sparkly blue and after drying the shellac in the Uv light there were bubbles on almost every nail. I also got charged not only for a simple square shape ($7) but another extra $10 because they were "long". Paying a total of $65 for a full set CRAZY. He acted like he couldn't see the bubbles and sent me on my way because his next appointment had arrived. I was going to let it go until two days later when every single nail started not only chipping but fading at the tips. I came back to get them "fixed" and all they did was put an extra top coat. So now they look thick, ugly, and are already chipping again. An hour and a half of work and almost $70 later and I'm super disappointed. Will not be returning.
