So my granddaughter and I got here at 3:30pm is now 6:30 pm nails not done yet not enough staffs that can do nails, but 2 people . Don't get me wrong they do a good jobs, I wanted to leave, but grand -daughter wanted to wait, I mean it been almost 4 hours, will probably find another nails place in town with better services
They treat people of other color with disrespect and I have plenty of money to pay for what I want and still get disrespected at K Nails. I took my business to another nail salon.
This place is garbage. The woman was rude and seemed put out by having to do her job. She took off shellac with the acrylic tool and didn't soak it off. She was in a hurry and my nails were bubbled and peeling a few hours after I left. I won't be back.
Don't bother with an appointment because you will still be waiting over 30 minutes.
I used to love this place but now they are short staffed and only care about quantity not quality.
So let me start by saying this is my first time being in Louisiana & my first Louisiana nail shop. So with this being my first time in this area I did my research with the shops, & I assumed since this shop has good reviews that The finishing product will be good and that they would have a variety of skill. Unfortunately, when I came in with something that I thought was a simple design turned out she couldn't do it I showed three other designs she also could not do it so I just settle for a simple color that she can definitely can do. I ended up paying $47 and my fiancé ended up paying $57. Altogether that's $104. They're robbing people because they know the shops are just now open because of quarantine.
Bottom line is I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone who wants a very unique design because none of them know how to do it.
