I decided to get me and my girlfriend massages for her birthday, and it was by far the worse massage that I have ever had! At times it felt like the masseuse was sleeping because her hands were not moving, and when they were there was no pressure at all. I don't know how the other massage therapists are but I would not recommend going there on the chance that you get the same one we had.
I went here once to twice a week for 6 months. While I was pretty happy with the services I can't say the same about the owners. In 6 months never so much as a hello or thank you. In a time when so many are wearing mask & can't see our facial expressions it's even more important to make rye contact & a simple hello. My last appointment ended with me standing at the counter to be checked in for 5 minutes & was totally ignored. I always want to support local businesses, but not one where there is no appreciation for the customer.
I am a new client of the K Lorraine Salon. I was 100% happy with my hair cut. The cut included at no charge a hand massage, a lounge chair that elevated my feet and legs during the shampoo. In addition, I was offered something to drink as I entered the Salon. I enjoyed the personal attention I received in a non rushed relaxed atmosphere. The beautiful calming decor added to the experience. I will return to K Lorraine for all my grooming needs, wellness opportunities, and wishes. Thank you, Jessica
I love it here! Vicki has been doing my hair for almost 4 years. She does an amazing job at cutting and styling my long hair. I've also had manicures by Jenny that are beautiful. She also did my daughter's nails, who is 6, and was great with her as well. The atmosphere is nice, and you're not rushed. They listen to what you want and take care of you. I've tried other salons in the area in the past, but didn't like them nearly as much.
My 2 week guaranteed manicure was peeling off by day 6. Just not impressed at all with this salon. After writing my first review of 3 stars & getting no response I will not be a returning customer.
