I ran in at 6:15 for a quick manicure and they close at 7:00. They hardly spoke to me but confirmed in a strange way I could stay for a manicure. They weren't busy. I was rushed through, with my hands soaking for 2 minutes in minimal, cold water. Instead of getting my cuticles soft and pushing back the tech used the dremel tool as though I was getting acrylic nails. I'm sure due to time. Then another technician hit me in the shoes twice trying to hurry and clean so they could walk out at 7:00. If you close at 7:00, close at 7. I won't go back.
Overall, this was a pleasant experience. I got shellac manicure and it was 27$. The website was not good at all but the prices are listed above the checkout counter in the shop. I did call and make an appointment but still had to wait around 10 minutes after arriving since they were busy (went mid day on a Wednesday during summer). I saw many comment on the limited color selection so I took a pic of the bin. I was able to get a color I really liked. The staff was friendly and did not talk much, so I was able to just "zone out" and enjoy it. They were quite fast and did a good job overall. I feel like I've gotten shellac for less than 27$ (pre tip) before so I'm not sure if I'd go back again... it was fine and convenient for me that day. Worth a try if you are interested.
Do not get your nails done here...bacterial infection under my nail since February!! The place is NOT clean and they are not nice ladies at all..went into complain about it and they denied everything..beware!!!!!
They did an amazing job!!! Everything was very clean and sanitary. I got a pedi and a no chip manicure and the no chip 5 days later is looking great!!
So I've been going here to get acrylics on and refilled and I always get a different lady. I wanted to get many experiences before judging. And none of them were good. I always ask for coffin shaped and some are coffin and some are just squared. The color always comes out of the nail. And when they clip off they leave them really thick.
