Yen did a wonderful job on my winter nails everyone was so nice and accommodating thank you again for being so kind
I was a walk in with no appointment, so I expected a wait. I came in and the only person doing powder that day was with someone else so I got a pedicure. However when he finished I had to wait over 30 minutes because he disappeared knowing I was waiting. When he began to do my nails he jerked my fingers around yelling at me to relax. He cut my cuticles several times to the point of me bleeding. But I endured it. I got a coffin chrome gel set, which began to peel completely off in TWO DAYS. I returned to get my nail fixed and was told that guy isn't here and was ignored for over 30 min. This place is unprofessional and over priced for the service. Neither my nails are my toes are what I asked for and ultimately I'm just super disappointed.
Yen always an amazing job on my nails. Whenever I show her a photo of a design I like, she draws it identical to the pic, sometimes even better with her own creativity. She gets me in and out super quick but the quality of the nails turns out exactly how I like it. The staff are super sweet, especially her daughter. They take their time on the massages on my pedicures and I don't feel rushed.
So this is 2nd time came here and it was almost as if I was being stopped to go. First time they did great pedicures for my daughter and I. I've tried calling several times to make appointment after that no answer. Actually i remember them calling me back one time and said i can come in after they saud was busy and guess what we waited and waited until i said i have to leave like dont waste my time.This time was in area I tried calling first again no answer walk in lady asks if I have appointment no I call you guys don't answer. And I totally forgot about last time. Any who it's been awhile since I got my nails done and overdue pedicures so I was hoping to have a great experience and be pampered being I'm pregnant. Nope I guess short staff so a dude comes to do my pedicure doesn't looked too thrilled about it either. I had to tell him scrub bottom of feet because he skipped that part and for massage stone was too hot at first so he just puts down doesnt wait for to cool and just massages with hands. I had my son with me too and he seemed annoyed by him so not long after painted he says ok ok mommy done now and messed up my daughters toe when put on her flip.flop did not notice until later. We decided to just skip the nail part and plus last time they only charged $20 for my daughters pedicure this time charged $30 like really. Ugh won't be back
Horrible experience and the work is so bad!! Also non stop talking in their language and bad experience!!
