I debated a long time whether or not to share my experience at K Charles but I was promised that my hair would be fixed which it never was. Nor did I ever recieve and apology or refund. My stylists name was Kristen or Krissy and I was told she was a master stylist. I just needed heavy blonde highlights with a toner. Over 3 hours later and over $300 before tip my hair looked AWEFUL! Completely bassy along with what looked like lines in my hair. When I told the stylist Kristen how disappointed I was I felt as if she blamed me and the new growth of my hair. She also disappeared very quickly! Please don't waste your time or money on this place. The employees are snobby and they can't do hair well at all. They also don't make it right. I will never return!
Destiny at Broadway does amazing work!!! My color and blow dry came out perfect. She was really great at listening to what I wanted. The salon is beautiful. Highly recommend.
The people here are very nice! Especially the folks welcoming customers at the front desk, and Stevin! He's a great conversationalist, gives a great cut, and overall is a really awesome person! Thanks K Charles and thanks Stevin!
KJ will not listen to master stylists when consulting about color. She messed up my hair with high lift bleach to strip all color out of hair and then added toners to add blonde; however, it came out ash and then she added golden to it. I had to let it rest for a week and came back to have a master colorist make a correction by foilng pieces with a neutral 8 blonde .(Just as I had done perfectly for years with Rachael before she left KCharles.When it was time to refresh my roots, I went back assuming she would use MY formula, but she refused..I walked Not gonna pay $300 to have her repeat her method to damage my hair again.
Completely disappointed. My hair is seriously damage. it was a full terrible experience , Stephanie the woman that dyed my hair was in a mood While she was working with my hair, the Hair is so damage that chunks of hair are falling, the cut is so bad that looks like she did a bad work on purpose. Definitely she is not qualified.
