Overpriced. Left nails looking awful. Never fixed an issue I addressed multiple times. Crooked nails that were barley attended to. Streaky polish job. Late both times appts were scheduled. First time was 45 minutes with no apology or even a discount. Nice people but for being in the business for so long, work should be better than what I got. Never have I paid so much for a set in my life and been SO unhappy. Over 15 years of getting my nails done and this is top 3 of awful product. I came home and filed them myself to make look semi decent. 65 for a full set is beyond outrageous. Awful. Awful. Awful.

Had appointment for 930a. Arrived at 920a. Doors locked. Sign said hours for today 9a. Saw people arrive at 945a. Went in extremely RUDE lady did not even greet me asked what do you want. I explained I had an appointment at 930a and was here at 920a. No apology for opening late no acknowledgement at all. I left if that is the way treat a NEW customer forget it. Will spend my money somewhere else. Good luck keeping your business with that type of customer service.

Don't waste your time or money! They don't know how to do SNS (dipping powder) properly. They messed up and had to start over, and still had the nerve to charge me full price. They also never apologized for the screw-up. And even after starting over, it was still wrong, so I gave up and will go somewhere else to fix it. There are better salons that will charge the same price, give you a much better experience, and know how to do nails well. I was in a pinch and tried this place because most other places were booked. I now know why this place wasn't. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

Was told to come in at 330pm. Came at 315pm and sat there for over an hour waiting. First off they painted my daughters fingers, and the next day it bubbled and popped off. For me, it was the worst pedi I ever experienced. My feet had skin hanging off from them using the cheese grater thing and then I was told after the fact, the card machine turns off and stops working after 4pm on Sundays. So I was expected to go next door to the grocery store to buy something to pull money out. What if I didn't have my debit card with me? They should have a sign or say something before the pedi if there card machine doesn't work. I will never step foot in this place again. Total waste of money.

This is a very impressive little place! I took my daughter there for a walk in on her birthday and our two male nail technicians were so nice and did a great job! We felt very luxurious thanks to the spa pedicure treatments and the nice chairs. The facility is clean and the prices were reasonable, we loved it and will be back
