I normally don't leave negative reviews for small businesses however I am unhappy with the service I received. I paid $264 (including a $44 tip). I let the stylist know I wasn't happy with my hair and she only offered to have it retoned. I wanted it lighter. Toner doesn't lighten hair! Ive been going to this place with my mom since I was 8 I'm very disappointed on how they chose to handle this. When I asked for a refund they were only willing to give me half of what I paid the reasoning given by the stylist is "because my products are expensive " I also came in at 12 got serviced at 1230 no biggie they were busy but I didn't leave till 830! Mind you I have shoulder length hair.My hair looks horrible and nothing like I asked for. :(
They cut my hair the exact length and style that I wanted! Would recommend to anyone who doesn't wanna get their haircut more than they ask for
