The shop owner is so awesome. He is super helpful. It was my first time buying hair and he didn't take advantage of that by trying to get me to buy pricey items. In fact, he got me to buy something cheaper than I intended. I ended up coming back a week after to buy human hair extensions. Now I'm addicted and will be coming back frequently haha. I have lived in Temecula about thirty years. THIS Beauty Supply has 99% of everything I always need. I used to go to Los Angeles, Moreno Valley and even Riverside for beauty supplies. Not only is it well stocked but the owner is one of the kindest and most considerate people I have ever met. He is greatly appreciated in the Community. I enjoy the fact that I can spend my money in my community. I can asure you that you will enjoy your visit. New Corona Virus times 12:00 - 5:00 Monday thru Saturday.

Someone mentioned to me it was a black owned business. It is not but the Korean man that owns it is very polite and try's to help you with as much as he can. The store is small but has a great amount of hair products and only a few wigs. Overall, price point is reasonable and customer service is very good.
Usually I like this place because it's the only beauty supply in Temecula that has most of what I need. Today, Monday, April 1st, I walk up to find a sign on the door stating "Store Open, 12pm - April 01, 2019" I walked up to the door at 11:59am. After waiting for five minutes, I called the store to see if the man (who's usually running the store) was inside and just waiting to open the doors, but no response. After waiting almost fifteen minutes, I finally decided to give up and just make my purchase online through amazon. It is extremely inconvenient to have your store open later than the time you state on your website... but it's even more inconvenient to post a new time and not even be open for that. I may give this place another shot in the future, however I will be searching for my items online first. I would never run a business this way and want to make people aware on the lack of professionalism they have here!
