Jessica Jones Salon in Biloxi, MS

Best place ever!! It's so inviting. All the girls in the salon are so welcoming and friendly and excellent at color, cuts & makeup. I've been going to Jessica Jones to do my hair for 12 years now. When I started, my hair was ultra short and a hot mess. It's so pretty now. I wouldn't change her for anything in the world! Here's a photo of me at her salon as free my last color.

If you don't like paragraphs, here's the short version. I went to the salon and the #$$h@/3 messed up on my hair and charged me extra. I was made to pay for her mistake.

So I went to a salon to get my hair done and I told the lady who was doing my hair not touch my roots because I wanted to leave my roots and have it go into blonde. I planned to do a shadow root but with my actual roots. I told her twice NOT to touch them and and then she started to put bleach on them. As she began doing my hair, I felt her adding bleach high up on the strands so I asked her "Are you putting that on my roots?" She says yes and then goes on to explain that she needs to get a little bit of my roots so she can add a color to match my hair and bring it down more. Me being the, excuse my language, P**** A** B**** that I am said "ok. " It was NOT okay because it was too late she already started in with bleach. She shouldn't have had to bleach my roots THEN add my natural root color. I had a good amount off root-age, 2inches!! She should have added color starting from where my roots originally ended if it needed to be done, right?? But alas, her plan didn't work and my roots wouldn't dye the brown color she concocted up. She then went back in added dark ash brown to my roots, and then charged me for the extra color she had to use. Is this or is this not messed up? She wouldn't have even had to charge me more money OR use her extra product if she had just left my damn roots alone! I feel cheated and hustled for real. Then I "Thank you, it looks great." Cuz I'm a dumb a** meek b**** did I forget to mention after she quickly blow dried my hair she only straighten the top layer?

***Also she was 10 minutes late.***It's not her fault I guess because she said her car broke down, However she could have called and said she was going to be a few minutes late instead of me thinking maybe she wasn't going to come at all.

There really is no way to fix this. I just have to wait for my roots grow out. Great. I'm going to have my natural brown color then and ugly black line of demarcation and then blonde. I'm gonna have to bleach that dark part once my roots grow out again. More money

What do I do now? I feel like if I leave this here, She and and the other girls are just going laugh this off. It's not cool what she did though. If a customer asks you not to do this one thing several times and you do it without her consent and then charge her for it, that's just straight up DISRESPECT!!

I've been going to this salon for well over a year and have never left disappointed! The atmosphere is great and everyone is so friendly! Miranda always goes above and beyond to work around my schedule and to give me what I want. I have extremely color resistant grey hair and they order in a special brand of color just for me and my hair type. I love to watch them work together to make everyone's hair dreams come true! It is always a pleasure and something I look forward to every month! I always leave feeling like a million bucks!

I recently visited Jessica Jones Salon, my hairstylist Miranda was amazing. Her coloring skills were great, her knowledge of product was helpful and the way she was able to curl my hair with a flat iron was awesome!
  I came from New Orleans for my service and I'm so glad I did! The salon was very clean, all of the stylists were very friendly and I felt very comfortable. I highly recommend this salon and Miranda, her work is GREAT! I will definitely be back!

I was very happy with my trip to Jessica Jones Salon. It had been months since I had a haircut because the last cut I had (at a different salon) was very uneven, and I was allowing it to grow. I also recently had surgery on my ear that made areas of my head very tender. Stephanie was very gentle, and checked how I was doing along the way. She also cut my hair the way I asked her to, and even asked if I wanted her to use thinning shears. In the past stylists have used thinning shears without asking me, and I sometimes forget to mention ahead of time that I prefer not to have my hair thinned out. Overall, I was very happy with my cut, and would definitely recommend Stephanie!
