Jess The Beauty Boss in Greensboro, NC

This is the definition of the "wow factor" for me. In over ten years of getting my hair colored I truly have never left looking how I always knew I should leave a salon feeling... until now. Jess THE Beauty Boss lives up to her name and then some, she is an incredibly talented artist. I can't say enough positive things about this experience. Her attention to the fine detail such as honesty and clear explanation to what it will take to meet your needs is something a lot of others don't do for you that I really appreciated. She has an eye for color and explains that process so thoroughly that the trust came naturally with trying a bold new color for my first time, with her and in my coloring experiences. It wasn't just showing another stylist a picture of something I wanted and them promising the outcome only to not deliver.. this was the real deal. I walked out of her salon feeling like a million bucks that's something money can't buy you is the true feeling of happiness. When someone is able to give you that feeling making you feel good about the way you look again, that's a super power. Needless to say this has been the best hair experience I've ever had.

Jess was absolutely amazing! I'm super picky when it comes to getting my hair done, and as a new mom I've been feeling very down about my appearance. My self confidence was basically non-existent. I felt like Jess really listened to me, listened to what I was struggling with, listened to what I liked and didn't like, as well as what I was wanting from our appointment. She was communicative throughout the entire process and in the end I left with hair that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE!! She even took the extra time to TEACH ME how to style it how it was in the example photos I showed her that I loved so much! Also, the wax she used for my eyebrows is like liquid gold! My eye area is sensitive and usually bleeds with traditional waxing. But this stuff didn't hurt nearly as bad, and the redness and swelling was almost non-existent as well! I will 200% be back to see Jess for all my beauty needs, could not recommend more!!

Jess is seriously the best.  She took my extremely damaged hair, and got it healthy once again!  She is friendly, knowledgeable, and a total sweetheart

Jess is a miracle worker. She has totally transformed my hair! She's not only a boss at what she does, but she takes time to explain the process and how I can keep my hair looking great. I was with her for ten solid hours as she fixed my brassy hair and enjoyed every minute of it. She's a delight to be around!
