Very disappointed with this salon. I was a first time customer, was given name of hairdresser and was quoted a price between $35 and 50 since I have short hair barely touching my collar. When I arrived I was designated a different hairstylist and was charged $60..my god really? For short hair? And the haircut wasn't great, in fact it's horrible. I am not a picky person but come on I was ripped off big time. The replacement hairdresser should have honored the price I was quoted and it's obvious the hairdresser is not good with short hair. Never again
Not just this time but EVERY time I visit JEM I have an awesome experience. Meghan is a phenomenal stylist who I travel from Connecticut to see for my haircuts. The salon is clean, the staff is friendly, they use great products, the whole experience is something I look forward to. I am satisfied each and every time and even THEN SOME. My most recent haircut was such a home run I can't even express my gratitude. Nowhere else I'll go for a haircut!
After not getting my haircut for 6 months, Jem was recommended to me by a close friend and neighbor. There is always a little trepidation in going to a new hair cutter- but just think about how the stylist now has to give a cut without seeing your face . I described what I wanted to Megan , showed her a couple of pictures and she gave me exactly what I wanted. The shape is perfect, and now feels healthy snd styled just how I wanted it. The process is easy going inside and Jem takes safety guidelines seriously which is greatly appreciated. A big thank you to Megan and Jem for making my visit great and the first of many.
I have been going here twice a month for over a year! I have had the pleasure of working with CeCe and Jackie and they always go above and beyond to make me feel beautiful! Every single person you come into contact with is amazing. I started getting eye lash extensions a very long time ago but it wasn't until I met CeCe where I loved them. I would recommend anyone to work with her. She's patient, kind and quick!!! Jackie has recently done my hair and it has been the first time ever where I have worn my hair down for weeks at a time. I love these girls and this salon.
