Ask for Sierra if you're interested in acrylics. She does an amazing job, takes her time, doesn't rush or cut corners. I love her work!
I went to JD nails for lash extensions and was very very disappointed.
There was a language barrier first of all and I was clear on what I wanted.
She rushed through the service . WhenI looked at my extensions afterwards, I was shocked.
I could not even see the extensions.
She said if I didn't t like them she would take them off and not charge me for the service.
When she went to take the lashes off the remover burned my eyes and I ask her to stop and let me flush my eye. When I was flushing my eye she moved to the next eye and I ask her to please stop.
My eye lids were red and very irritated.
Horrible customer service and client relations.
I've been to this day spa 3-4 times. Trying to give them another chance. The salon feels dirty. The pedicure chairs are old so the massage is painful. The foot rests are either worn or broken. I've tried both mania and pedis here and leave wanting more. The only redeeming quality is the friendliness of the employees.

Normally I never write reviews, but my experience here was pretty terrible. Went in for a gel manicure, and left with nail polish that didn't go near my cuticles (looked like they were at least a week old) and crooked nails. Called back the next day and asked if they could be fixed, which they just put another layer of gel on top to cover the chips. It has been 6 days from the original appointment and 3 from the fix, and they are still chipping. I'm being generous with the 2 stars because they did "fix" them, but it was amateur at best and I will not be returning. Save yourself the time/frustration and go elsewhere. Should've listened to the locals that suggested other salons, but I was in a hurry. Lesson learned!
