Absolutely a nightmare purchasing from them. I bought my wedding ring there , they put in my name completely wrong , I called over and over and all I got was " idk , we don't get a delivery until ___ day told me it would be 3 weeks max for repair ( I needed it sized ) , couldn't find me in the system because my name being incorrect, I then waited over a month.. ok whatever. Is what it is , I wore the ring a WEEK & it's already broken , the entire side on the ring is fucked up , it's already missing a diamond , and no I'm not rough with it , I do not work in an environment where it would be affected at ALLLLL.. I bring it up there and they told me " with you having to size it down more than 1 size it's going to mess up the sides of the ring." Okay what the hell... who the fuck would buy a ring KNOWING that... because I sure as hell wouldn't have bought it if I would have known that. My husband bought me a bracelet as a wedding gift... guess what? Broken. Snapped right in half. POS jewelry. I am now being told no refund because it's broke , yet I paid for the care plan bullshit , I paid for the warranty etc. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!

I've never seen a store try to fill up empty space like this store. They should go build their own store. The malls dead and has been dying before Covid-19's inconvenience.
We shopped their final markdown sections and feel happy with the prices we paid. Additionally, we got a 20% added discount for using our JCPenney card. I didn't even have the card with me, the associate looked it up for us.
With constant sales and huge clearence deals, I can always find something! Jcpenny and Dillards are about the only stores left I go to the mall for.
