It took me 3 weeks to finally decide to write this review, mainly because my (former) stylist is a nice person but I can't let this happen to anyone else. See photo, since they don't blow dry unless you pay $10 extra I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt & thought maybe when I get home & dry/style my own hair I'll be ok. As you can see that was not the case. I had important events coming up that I couldn't attend after this haircut. After wearing a baseball hat for two weeks I went back & showed the manager who agreed it was a terrible cut & said maybe the stylist was having a bad day. Another stylist tried to fix it all the while saying to the manager & myself...look how uneven this is, all around my entire head. The bangs themselves are just horrible, I usually get much longer,wispy face framing bangs, these as you can see are blunt cut unevenly straight & way too short across my head & far back into each side. The rest of my hair was a frizzy uneven mess. I could barely explain all of this to the manager without busting into tears, her answer was "You know your hair doesn't define you" Wow, thanks. I decided I wasn't going to leave a tip but if my hair was ok after I got home I would make up for it next time but when the stylist follows you to the reception desk & instructs you on how to use the credit card machine (I use them often enough to know) including, if you want to leave a tip put in the amount now, while watching your every move you feel obligated & that upset me too. It's been 3 weeks & I am still wearing the baseball hat most of the time when I leave the house. I wish I would have just tied back the hair I used to have & spent the $50 elsewhere. So maybe she was having a bad day but that's no reason for me to be having a bad 2,3, or more months.

They screwed my hair up royally and I have a memorial to go to and it cost me $100 and it screwed up they better fix it or else they'll hear from my lawyer

Got a haircut and highlights from Jessica and am completely ecstatic with the results. I had never been here before and thought I would try it out. Thank you, Jessica for the great care!!! Great results and great price!!! If I had went to one of the fancy salons my hair could not have turned out better. So happy!

Took the granddaughter in to get her hair shaped and colored, her appoint was at 3:30 till 5:15 She got right in, her stylist was a very sweet young lady, BUT I was getting a little concerned when the Receptionist found it necessary to keep telling me what a great education this stylist had,( I never once ask for this information) like she was trying to convince me or something.. The appointment was going just fine until she rinsed her hair. My granddaughter chose a dark (mocha) brown with a red tone ( low light) she also got a complimentary small high light on her bangs ( I had a coupon for that) She chose a dark blond for those. When her hair was rinsed and the stylist started blow drying her hair looked Brown Red and a bright orange. I voiced my concern and the stylist said yeah it is pretty orange huh, than she offered to put a toner on the orange.. She said it would darken it up to make it Brown like it was supposed to be, that it would take another 25 minutes.. Ended up taking another hour and after three rinses she still has Orange, Red & Brown hair. The young lady was very nice, but I don't believe she really knew what she was doing, all she said was WOW I used our darkest Mocha Brown a number 4 I'm not sure what happen. When I paid for this disaster the receptionist ask me if everything was ok, I said no! She said do you want the manager to call you tomorrow? I said no I just want to pay and get the heck out of here. I declined to talk to the manager for this reason, NOTHING could be done about my granddaughters hair at this point, and they all knew what happened and what was wrong. We will NEVER go back there and I will NOT recommend this salon to anyone. A bad hair color is awful to walk around with especially for a 16 year old girl.

5 hours to get my hair highlighted ! I got there at 4:30 and I was still in the chair blow drying when the girl up at the front desk was saying she had to close the register and I needed to pay. So after I paid , I had the pleasure of straightening my own hair in the dark. Then walking out to a closed store. I've been streaking my hair for YEARS! I know when someone don't know what they are doing , but by then it was too late and color had already been applied. My streaks are horrible, uneven and it looks like I got them done 2 months ago being that it looks like I have growth because she didn't go to the root fat enough. I paid $130 by the way. And more now that I have to get it re done. I've never spent so long in a salon in my entire life. Nothing can be said to justify her taking so long. I've had twice as much hair and taken less time. She didn't know what she was doing and don't need to be coloring hair.
