I love JCPenney, this location is a super small location. The displays are packed into the small space. It's nice to have a department store option in a town like Seymour but the mall locations I'm use to have spoiled me. I visited to look for pants for my son. Very small kids clothing section.

When visiting this salon in Seymour , I was encouraged by my friend Bruce to get a haircut. Haili, the stylist, did a great job at an incredibly cheap price! I would pay three times this amount in WEHO and not get exactly what I wanted.
I showed her a picture of how I wanted it cut and she matched it perfectly. I highly recommend this salon and Haili!!!
