JCPenney Salon in Oklahoma City, OK

I was very happy with the quality of my Avalon comforter set from JC Penny. The price was very fair for what I received. Once my set was ordered it was delivered within 3 to 5 days. I would definitely another Avalon comforter.

Me and my family schedule an appointment for weeks ahead for our family Christmas photos at the Penn Square Mall location in OKC. My son is 9 months so it was our very first shoot for the holidays. We arrived well before our scheduled time and we waited about an hour. We took our photos (16) and were rushed. The whole thing took about 10 minutes. We were then told to wait for our edits. After waiting 45 minutes we were told by our photographer that all of the photos had been deleted, due to a new employee, and there was nothing they could do for us. So we waited with our fussy, tired baby for no reason. We then attempted to speak to a manager but JCPenneys does not take their portrait studio seriously and NO manager was at any location. So they work under no one. Very disappointed with Jcpenny and their lack of effort, it's crazy how inconsiderate and unprofessional people can be.

This store has kicked up a notch in customer service and selection. We have been all over trying to find decent conservative non slutty clothes for my highschool daughter and had almost gave up. Kohl's has gone down hill. JC Penney has a junior department with a great selection of sizes,styles and great prices. Shoppers should give this oldie another chance.

If I could do no stars I would for the Portrait Studio. The person doing pictures seemed way to stressed out and kept getting way to close to my very shy daughter. The photographer simply could not handle the job that they were trying to do.

This review is actually for the Portrait Studio.  I went here last Saturday with my three children, ages 11, 10 & 7 months, to have family portraits done.  Our appointment was at 1:20 and we did arrive at 1:25.  We jumped right in to having our pictures taken since there was a 2:00 appointment.  5 minutes into our session, the photographer, who was the only person working at the Portrait Studio on a busy Saturday, had to go help another family pick up their pictures.  This took 10 minutes.  She apologized and began trying to shoot pictures again.  Then about 5 minutes later, ANOTHER family came in to pick up their pictures, and she spent ANOTHER 10 minutes with that family, including personal conversation, helping them pick out their pictures.  Then she came in, spent another 5 minutes taking pictures and then shooed us out for the next appointment.  She asked me to come back in an hour to view the pictures.  I took the kids to eat at the mall, and we came back when she asked.  Right after we started looking through the photos, she stopped and helped a THIRD FAMILY who walked in and left me waiting with now two misbehaving children and a crying 7 month baby.  After waiting another 10-15 minutes, when she came back over to me, I finally just told her I would pay the $80 to get all of the poses and would just go through them at home.  She told me that I couldn't have the few that she had already marked for deletion.  Which I could not believe after all we had been through.  I definitely won't ever do any of this again.  The second star is only for the fact that the photographer was very friendly to me.  Otherwise, this would have been one star.
