JCpenney is a horrible store. IT is so filthy and disgusting. I found a dirty diaper underneath clothes and bugs all over the floor. what kind of a store is this. I do not recommend to shop here. Everyone has a poor attitude. I see employees stealing clothes. They do not know how to run a store. One of the managers was so rude to me. I found a bikini with a period stain yes i said PERIOD STAIN!!!!!!!! The fitting rooms smelled so BAD i almost gagged. They need more fitting rooms. Your going to the dumps like sears!

What is going on with JCPenny? Who is in charge of how the store looks...its a jumbled mess all the time! Upstairs is even worse the plus size department has cloths just thrown every where as if tjey were going out of business. The childrens department is a mess things all over the floor its just terrible. You can never find help except at the cash register & they are too swamped to help you. They removed all the price readers on the walls that really pissed me off because they came in handy. I feel like I'm in a warehouse rather then a department store. In the back near the optical department is a joke all red tag stuff just thrown back there. Get some pride about yourself JCPennys. I wont be coming in till you do.

I just moved to the area and have yet to find a salon. I stopped in yesterday for a quick trim before the holiday and my experience was horrendous. First of all, the two woman at the counter were having a private conversation, which is fine but were clearly annoyed when I came up to them. I asked if there was any availability for a trim and she says yes rather snippy and handed me a piece of paper to write my name. I went on to ask about pricing and she rudely said "it depends on who cuts your hair." I understand that but I went to ask another question about who would cut my hair and what the average cost is and she ignored my question as well as my presence and continued her private conversation with her co worker. Completely baffled by the terrible customer service ( I'm a restaurant manager so I'm well versed in the service industry) I just stood there waiting for them to finish their gossip. STILL I stood there waiting to ask my questions again in hopes of an answer and they refused to acknowledge me so I crinkled up the paper given to me to write my name down and left.
On a side note there was another woman who worked there that saw what happened and as I walked away I heard her say "wow you two are extremely rude" and I want to thank that person for speaking up.

As large as this store is and they only have one dressing room open.....ridiculous.  There is a line of people waiting to get in to try on clothes.  Never again will I shop here.  The staff is not really all that helpful and it is no wonder JC Penney is going the same direction as Sears!  DOWN TO THE DUMPS!!!

Today I tried to pay my bill in store.  In the Sephora section and the sales associate Brianna ask me how can we help.  I said could I pay my bill here she said sure as she rolled her eyes.  The girl next to her said come back quick and she said I will.  I was upset that I as a customer was not a # 1 priority and used as a sale opportunity.  I  let it go. Then we go to the register, I told her I had my bill as she told me to swipe my card 2x I ask is the bill good enough and if not, as I searched for my card, she said no that is ok I forgot I can swipe the bill.  We don't get to many bills here.  Next I went to the salon for some 1 liter bottle of Paul Mitchell Detangler. The receptionist ask how may I help you I said there was not any Paul Mitchel( she told me to wait as she turned her back to me and checked the coffee pot) then I observe two salon stylists shooting the breeze.  When she turned back to me she she asked me with an attitude "What do you want." I told here what I needed and another customer came up and she said she needed to help this customer first.  I left very disappointed.  I  will shop again but not for a long time.
