Do NOT purchase any furniture, rugs, or mattresses online. It took 2 months to locate my purchased mattress and get delivery. JCP outsources delivery and that company, Ryder, outsources to other companies. I spent days, literally on hold, had call center employees give me fake numbers and email adreeses for tracking down the orders. I'm now t trying to locate anyone to haul away old mattress which I paid JCP to do. I ordered a rug at the same time. Website still gives an estimated delivery date. I called about it and am told it was delivered. Now have to file a police report to get a $1000 refund for an item that I never received.
Never again will I shop JCPenney.
I been a loyal customer for the last 15 years but I'm so disappointed for the treat I receive the last time I went to shop I bought $95 dollars on clothes and I went to the cashier to pay and the lady there running her mouth with a customer knowing the line was long and 3 more customer was waiting she at like she was at the park she forgot she was supposed to be working when my time came to pay she was so rude and treat me with so much hate not good maners at all They don't appreciate business there they feel like you bother them They are so lazy even to charge you for you merchandise Horrible customer service.
Sorry Rocky Mount this city is not for me - nearest box box is JC Penny which isn't too on my list, to make thing thing worse it felt like a Sears store.
The save and grace was when I decided to look for a men's fragrance- Jamie inside Sephora helped me pick out a bottle $95 and as an impulse I requested a few travel size face creams / $145 was well worth her service but the store overall needs a big remodel.
Very nice, very curteous and friendly associates. I felt very comfortable and they helped me every step of the way.
