Had a great photo shoot with Gage, she was patient when we were 5 mins late. 2 kids and 2 men, she made it fast and easy. Me as a woman would've wanted more photos, but she could tell they were done. Went through all the pictures, gage was patient with us and discussed all options. Didn't push on a certain price or package, it was all up to us. Definitely will be back to see Gage, thank you!
I realize its special times, but I feel like some store employees are not helpful. The store closed all but one dressing room. I had to go throughout the whole store carrying my items I needed to try on. It was difficult and confusing. I felt there needed to be directions posted. At one point I mentioned how frustrated I was about the situation to my mom who I was shopping with and a clerk shouted well why didn't you ask directions. She was demeaning. I'm not a complainer but really. I have worked retail and that is not how you talkto a customer. I'm 61 years old and it was a struggle for me.

I love shopping at JCPenney. The lady in the jewelry department couldn't do enough to help me out. Not so in the curtain department. All the while I waited she was on the phone making appointments for her daughter. I finally gave up and left. It's funny because today I needed to make one personal phone call and I waited until I was done with work to do so. I guess someone else will get my business.
Manhattan mall store is just awful for on line shopping pick up. Every time it's an extended wait. Not that the regular check outlines are so short. And I'm shopping at off peak times. Not really worth the hassle!
