JCPenney in Odessa, TX

Terrible customer service long line of customers at register with only one person... they need to open more registers when they see lines getting long. Lots of frustrated customers not good for business where is management accountability?

So the men's suits hangers are almost 80% not the correct size so you have to look at every single sleeve tag and not go by the hanger. Taking up way way too much time. We finally find one and wait a decade in the checkout line. The kid (Derek or something) was cussing and paying 0 attention as expected at an Odessa store. TWO customers before us beeped on the way our because the kids they hired I guess weren't trained to take security tags off of the clothing. We get home and we have one stuck to the suit. The alarms didn't go off for us, just the 2 people beforehand. Awesomeeeee. When we left the checkout the kid didn't even tie the bottom of the suit bag like you're supposed to. I don't know if this is about lazy kids or lazy management doing 0 training. I'll do my best to never come back here unless I HAVE to.

You will not be satisfied with this JC Penny if you have been around other major cities, this is by far the smallest JC Penny that I have been to before. I do not have much to say, JC Penny is pretty much JC Penny! Except this one is a very small JC Penny, so you may call it JC 1/2 a Penny!!
