Great rewards program . They have amazing deals the brands are classic and they a salon and a portrait studio and new beauty items are now affordable.

Prior to virus shutdown I purchased a catalogue order for my 84 yr old aunt. I've still been unable to pick it up. Even though the charge appeared on the credit card and I got confirmation that the order is at the Moline, IL store, Penneys has no process to get the merchandise to the buyer. I received an email wanting opinion on the purchase, to which I replied we can't get it. I called general customer service and was told to take the order number and credit card to the store for curbside pickup. I made the trip but no one was there. I contacted customer service again and was then told only CERTAIN locations have curbside. So, going on three months later they have the money but we have no merchandise. It's June 4, 2020 and the Moline, IL automated message still says "We plan to reopen Thursday, April 2." If they can't figure out a way to get paid-for catalogue orders to their customers, you'd think they could at least make the effort to update their automated message.

I always hate leaving bad reviews! My husband and I went into this store to look at their kitchen appliances. We are looking to buy all new kitchen appliances. After looking for about 20 minutes and not being approached by a sales person, we left. Taking our business somewhere else. That's a lot of money they just lost. So sad.
