what is the purpose of making an appointment if an hour and 15 minutes later your stylist still hasn't started working on your hair. I walked out. the person at the counter said I was the second one that day.

I first visited this salon about a year and a half ago when I moved back to Lubbock. I was fortunate that Tyler was assigned to be my stylist that day, and I have gone back to him for every cut and color since. He has always done a phenomenal job, and I have always left the salon extremely happy with the end result. I have a 13 year old daughter, who I used to have to bribe to get a haircut. I started taking her to Tyler for her haircuts, and she now loves getting her hair done. At this point, we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else or allowing anyone else to touch our hair. I highly recommend checking out this salon!

Worst hair cut ever!!! Was asked to do a simple trim of 3 inches. The lady could not get it straight so ended up cutting 6 inches & one side looks ok but other side looks like she used a weed whacker. Horrible to do this to a child. Granted the person that I had take her did not make sure it looked good so that's on her. However I don't understand how a professional licensed cosmetologist can't even do a simple trim.

I wish there was a negative rating. Tyler is a lovely young man, but I question his scissor skills. He did a fabulous color, I received so many compliments, but his haircut went off the rails. I have a cowlick in the back. Tyler ended up cutting a very short strip in the back square in the middle, because my cowlick "bothered him". It took a full three months to grow that portion of my hair back out. I'm not a hair dresser, but even I know you don't cut a cowlick really short. I've seen other haircuts he has done that make me question when he received his training. If you want a fabulous color, Tyler is your guy.
