I told her what I wanted and left with my hair still wet knowing I would fix it later. Later is now, she did a terrific job definitely giving me the perfect haircut! Will definitely come back when in the area!

Kim is amazing and so friendly. You MUST book in advance but she is worth it. Don't go to one of the "just drop in" salons! They use Dremels and you become nauseated from the smell of a temp. At J C Penney salon, Kim takes her time with your service without electric tools; she ensures that you are happy and simply enjoying the pampering. Make a nail appointment with Kim now.
Needed my hair highlighted at the last minute. Was able to book Vanessa the same day and she did a really excellent job. She listened and executed perfectly. Her station is in the back of the salon, on it's own. I would definitely go to her again to color my hair next time I'm in RGV. $85 for highlights--not bad compared to prices I'm used to in California.
