if I could rate it 0 I would because of these fuking bastards who work here.I was just walking around and the workers are like you need to leave . I asked them why and they said you shirt is offending people , i was wearing a Nike shirt how the fuck is it offending people

I'm 6"6' 240 lbs and wfe is 5"2' 130 lbs, this place is great because we both can find clothes here and they are very inexpensive if you shop the clearance section.

This review is for the optical department. After 2 failed attempts at getting correct glasses from Costco, I remembered that I had once gotten a great pair of glasses from Penney's. I went there again. Faten was very patient in helping me find frames that worked for me. I am a senior adult with a very petite face. I selected a pair of kids frames. I also have had difficulty getting the progressive bifocal line correctly positioned at other vendors. Faten worked to get it right the first time. Success! I am so happy with my new glasses and will return to Penney's optical in the future because of the wonderful service.

I don't shop JCPenney very often but when I do it is usually online. This last time I ordered something online I discovered that the online pick up area in the store had moved. The pick up area is now close to their salon and you can access it by entering thru a door close to their east parking lot. Very handy. Customer service was great, both when I picked up my order and when I ended up returning part of it. Just knowing that I no longer have to hoof it all the way thru the store and upstairs just to pick up my order is great!

This Review is mostly for the cashier Layla who I felt went out of her way to help her customer...Me! I normally don't even do the little feedback surveys a lot of companies give but I will be completing the survey this time because I feel she deserves it. I was looking for lady Thigh Highs and decided to try JC Penney because it was next door to Icing at the Woodland Mall which I had picked up some hair scrunchies from. I figured, why not. I need them as part of a role play video I am doing in a week or so, haha! Anyway, I finally found a section that had some that looked super stylish and chic! I started looking through the stock of them and only found Plus and large. I am a petite girlie and I needed the AB which is the smallest size and of course, my size which they didn't seem to have stocked. After searching for a few minutes, I finally found one and lo and behold, it was not in the actual packaging. I am still not sure if someone had stolen this particular item or it just wasn't packaged but I decided I would bring this to the Cashier's attention and see if she can help me find another one in stock, if their is one. She looked in her system and said it looked like they had 3 in stock. Probably the one I was holding which was non existent and 2 others. She said she could order one which would take 4-7 business days, no thanks. Or she would help me look for the ones that were supposed to be there. Thankfully, we found one after searching in the drawers beneath the shelved stock. I was so Stoked because it has such pretty frilly's and is so Elegant looking and will be just perfect for me and my exact size and the color I wanted. I was sure a winner and to me, this is Amazing Customer Service because she ended having to leave her station, just for me! Layla, no one has ever done that for me and I want you to know, you made my day! Thanks a million and I hope you get Employee of the Year, Beautiful Girl!
