This is a really nice JC Penny's. In a time where many retailers are going out of business, this one is keeping up. I went to the lingerie department to purchase some new bras. Everything was neat and tidy and organized, which in that department it has potential to be a real nightmare. I found exactly what I was looking for, and when I got to check out, the sales lady told me about anninline coupon that I was not aware of, and because of that, she saved me a BUNCH of money! Will definitely be back to this store!
Bought a $500 ring for my mom, paid to have it sized. They sent it out and never called. After 4 calls I was finally told that it couldn't be sized. This was after 7 weeks of having my ring. Now they tell me that I can "just come pick it up"! Never thought this would happen.
One would think that before you open a store have it organized with clothes off the floor to be ready for business. Not this one it was disgusting. Every item in the section I was looking was in it's wrong place. Bad for business people Your employees need to take pride in their job.
