Stopped into the Miller Hill Mall to do some shopping and visited JCP. I very seldom go into shopping malls and department stores and was taken back how awful this store looks. No staff, horrible standards, lack luster visuals, nothing was merchandised, clothes all over and just so sad. No wonder the company is tanking. Sorry but I'll never be back.
The hair salon. I stopped in for a quick wash, trim, and dry. Got right in. Pebbles was my stylist. She was so attentive and professional that this hurried weekend obligation turned into an experience instead. I felt so pampered! I never expected that as my day of errands had been so rushed and here she totally redirected my day by meeting my needs in a most personal way. Recommended products by telling me what she was using and why-without being pushy.
This store is not too much to brag about. I don't think any of the sales associates have ever offered assistance the whole time that I've been there. Sometimes they have decent sales but the store is actually very unorganized and messy. Nobody is there to clean the dressing rooms and sometimes you have to flag down an associate to be let in. The only reason that I really come in is that they have Sephora there and they don't really have one anywhere else in Duluth.
