Karen was not friendly and was rude. Do not recommend shopping here or doing any returns here.

I went to this Sephora April 22nd and I am absolutely appalled. 1. I was charged 44$ for a foundation that was only 36$ (I later discovered this when I went to return said foundation.) 2. The foundation I was given had CLEARLY been used (I assume as a tester) and WORSE than that even, it was OBVIOUSLY half filled using a different foundation. These practices are unsanitary, unacceptable and mostly just dangerous. I have an autoimmune disorder, meaning using a foundation that has come in contact with outside germs could leave me with at least a skin infection and at worse in the hospital with a flare. I'm absolutely disgusted by this stores practices.

I ordered online for pickup in the GB store. Half my order was cancelled by the store because they didn't have it. I cancelled the remainder because it was all meant to go together. I used a $20 gift card & the rest I put on my jcp CC. Half the my total was credited to my CC, but I received no credit for my GC of $20. It took two days & many phone calls to get my $20 GC balance back. I fully expected the $20 to go back on a GC. I was not looking for cash. Such a frustrating experience.

Awful customer service at this location. The store manager, Grant, is unresponsive. Made several attempts to order custom blinds. No one, including Grant, would return phone calls. Diane, a representative was initially responsive, but tells customers that they need to follow the store procedure when ordering blinds. In other words, a customer cannot just call the store and expect a JCP employee to write an order. JCP has a specific procedure which customers are intuitively supposed to know. Also asked that the district manager, Corey, contact me. No response to-date. Is anyone at JCP paying attention to Sears?

This place is disgusting. I have tried to call for the last 30 minutes. No one answers the phones. I tried to get a hold of the children's area and no one seems to be home. Is it closed for the season? Only robots work there? Or is this a phony number. I wanted to find out if they still had any children's rolling suitcases without having to go there and waste my time cause they didn't have any. Answer your phones please. That is what they are there for.
