SALON: I had the most magical experience at the salon today. A young hairdresser named with stunning blue hair gave me the confidence to quit a toxic job and follow my dreams. The haircut and style she gave me made me feel more beautiful than I have ever felt. The products were high quality. I was in and out quickly however I found myself wanting to linger in the cozy environment cultivated by the talented and professional stylist. I believe my hair dresser has a bright and abundant future ahead of her. I can see her thriving in her own business using her full skill set.
I was super excited about 3 weeks ago when I was asked to do a second interview for a job in the Salon. The excitement left after that initial interview the very next time I communicated with Amanda. The excuse that your too busy to do the job that Jcpenny pays you to do makes this business look bad and understaffed. What made the experience even worse is when she told me after days of trying to get her to call me back to schedule a time for the 2nd portion. When she finally called back she suggested texting for communication . Very unprofessional and what makes it worse is she fails to respond back to those either. I normally wouldn't complain just really stinks that she told me I would be on before Christmas if 2 portion of interview went well. I started this process on the 22nd of November and it's now December 2. So at this rate 1 interview every 10 days if she calls today. Means I won't even recieve a paycheck til after Christmas. Tell her thanks and merry Christmas. Even tho I think she more of a Scrooge with the how she's treated me. No wonder your sales have taken a hit. Thank Jcpenny!
Ran in for a shirt and slacks. It took forever and their prices are now as high as Dillards. My vote is no on this place anymore.
