JCP Salon in Riverside, CA

This location is a total dump. Shelves are empty. Carpet is very old, stained and filthy. People urinate in the dressing rooms. Same crappy inventory every time with no tall sizes especially for jeans.

Went to curbside pickup for same day service, for a pair of boots and some gift jewelry items. Checked to be sure I got the right jewelry. Saw the picture and correct size on the boot box but did not look inside. When I went to try on the boots at home, there was only one boot in the box! This is an example of unacceptable carelessness on the part of curbside staff. Next time I will check my order more carefully. It's just like getting French fries instead of the onion rings you paid for at a fast food joint-- and no catsup or ranch!!

JCPenney hair salon was a joke. I have been looking for a place to get my hair cut for a while and decided to try JCPenney. Well I booked an appointment for my daughter and I and well my daughter had a good cut my experience was bad. First I don't even now the name of the stylist if you can call her that. I asked to have a medium length shag and she just trimmed my ends and had to go ask her manager how to cut my bangs, I was shocked. I didn't know what to say then she said she was done, she sprayed my hair and my eyes as well blew dry my hair to show me my layers and I all I saw was frizz, she put no product in my hair to tame the frizz. I just wanted to leave and not let this person touch me anymore. Also she had a very quiet personality and acted like she knew what she was doing. I was so disappointed, never again will I go back !!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I have now been waiting for 30 minutes to be serviced. I have been ignored TWICE. The original lady (melanie) who I spoke with when I told her I was looking to get my ring repaired with my lifetime warranty she frowned and told me she was helping a customer, and then promptly went on her break. I have now put my name on the "waitlist" twice. I shouldn't be treated this way because I am not currently purchasing jewelry. I have serval pieces from here under a lifetime warranty and have never been treated like such an inconvenience, holidays or not this place was not THAT busy. This experience has lost a customer.

Wow. The most horrible experience. I brought in my 7 year old for a simple clipper cut with Malarie. The end result was so bad that now I have to take my son to someone else to fix the damage. It is super uneven and has what appear to be bald spots. I cannot believe this.
