JCP Salon in North Dartmouth, MA

The portrait studio needs to be looked at more closely - staff either cannot count or lie to keep customers. Why setup a schedule when it is not followed! We set up days ahead of time and when we arrive the studio is over 40 minutes behind! Really?? We ask how many customers are in front of us and we are told 2. After my family counts two other groups in front of us the studio grabs yet another family - even after we already waited. The only response we could get was "Oops....our bad....". They are not professional and it is a huge disappointment from a great store.

I haven't shopped at JC Penney in years, I've walked through and bought the occasional Christmas present or gift card there, but shopping for myself? I haven't done that in about 15 years.. well today I was at the Dartmouth Mall and parked near JC Penney and decided to check out the woman's clothing since when I walked in I noticed some fantastic sales in the mens department. I ended up finding some great items, mostly sweaters and a few tops, all at 60% off which was an awesome price.. the variety of merchandise was excellent, even for sale items.. the store itself was neat and clean, well organized and all of the associates I came in contact with were super friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be making this store a regular stop when I hit the malls now!

A few weeks back my wife was on the hunt for a dress for an upcoming baptism, so we decided to drop in at this JCPenney to see what they had in stock. When we walked into the store we were greeted by very polite staff who directed us to the women's department. This store has a huge selection of clearance items and my wife was able to find the dress she was looking for at a really reasonable price. The men's section here was also well stocked with options and I was able to find a couple of things I like this well. In the end, even though the Dartmouth Mall is a little bit in shambles, this store had a ton of items in stock.

This store is immaculate! I don't know who the manager is, but they run a tight ship here. I was looking for jeans in a hard to find size for my husband. The jeans were perfectly merchandised. Every label was facing the same way, with every size in order. How often do you see that? It was so organized it didn't take me long to find out they didn't have his size, which I appreciated. I had two employees offer assistance while I was there as well. The organization carried through to the other departments I visited. I was impressed.
