My appointment was at 5:30 and I wasn't sat until after 6 because they took people who were there after me. Then I told my nail tech that my nails were too long and asked if she can cut them down. She proceeded to tell me no because then my nails wouldn't look right. (I know how I like my nails) and the got up half way through to do someone's eyebrows and took 20 minutes. I will not be coming back.
I went here with my gf Nd her mom! Two of my fingers got infected! My gf and her moms nails barely lasted a week I'll be lucky if I don't loose my pinky finger nail the real nail! It looks bad
Professional customer service with a smile. The nail technician did a good job. They can get busy, so it's better to make an appointment. I had a pleasant experience and will go back again.
The worst nail experience I've ever had. I went in for the first time and was assisted by the female owner. I showed her a picture of what I specifically wanted which was coffin shaped nails (extremely normal in the nail world). I was making comments throughout and letting her know that the shape didn't seem to be coming out correctly. She told me that it takes a few layers and steps to see the final shape, so I have her the benefit of the doubt. By the end NONE of my nails had the same shape as the others. Every single nail was a different shape and different size. She then "tried" to fix the damage that was already done but it was useless. I still paid, tipped and left even though I was extremely unsatisfied. 3 days later and my nails are now LIFTING! I go back to the salon and let her know that this was not a job that was worth paying for. The male nail tech that works there is EXTREMELY rude and waved me away. He said we're not giving you your money back. Not only was the service horrible but the customer service was even worse. In a small town like this it is important to treat people with more respect. I would never recommend this nail salon to anyone. For a salon that has been in business for 4 years, you would think they were able to master a common nail shape and size. Stay far away from JC Nails and Spa.
The service is fast, the staff is friendly and they do a good job at what they are doing. I always go back and I have no complaints. Just get there early because they do get packed.
