I went in on a Saturday morning around 10:45ish. I was promptly greeted and was in the chair in less than 10 minutes as there were many people in front of me but they had 5 ladies working which is great. The location is small yet nice.
My tint looked ok when I left. The tint lasted for around 2 days which I did not expect. I wish it would've lasted longer. I wouldn't get tint from them again but I plan on going back to get my eyebrows waxed.
If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible. I gave them perfectly good brows to work with and they messed them up. I tried to give them more than one chance and yet some how they always turn out like this. Also left several hairs on my partner. claimed she could fix them, what can you to fix these?
I have been going to jasmine's since 2010. I have seen the different changes but have still experienced great customer service.
Everyone was nice but I came in and got my eyebrows threaded and tinted and when she was done and I saw them they looked nice but when I went outside and got I'm my car in the Sun I looked a mess like an Angry bird to be exact is what my son said. I asked for a brown tint and I am fair complexion person and the tint that she did on me looks like jet black. This is so messed up because part of my Mother's Day is ruined. The arch was nice but she messed up with the tint. The was not my first time getting tint but I have never came to this location so I know how it looks when using brown this was not brown. I like for my eyebrows to look natural so now my eyebrows are darker than my hair.
i went there a few days ago for the first time and as normal for your first visit you have a particular request about threading , Jasmin was disrespectful and rude , and in my opinion beauty salon are there to turn us as we want and as our taste not what she want ... very bad experience
