JAS Beauty Salon in Wahiawa, HI

Not only am I disappointed with my haircut, im disgusted by how desperate and unprofessional this team is. For the past few days, I have been harassed to take my post down because they do not recognize my name. However I have the bank statements "reciepts" being paid to this salon. So if a representative from yelp would like to see my reciepts to prove my authenticity please reach out to me.

On a different note, i am very suspicious of the positive reviews on this page. Maybe that should be investigated as well too..of being falsified.

Did a bleach job at home and it didn't turn out how I wanted, so I contacted Jackie about doing a root shadow and tone to make it more natural and she did an amazing job! She took her time to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for and the tone I wanted. She took her time doing my hair and I absolutely love the outcome! I've been to Jackie since she was at Lydia's multiple times over the past few years and she always does an amazing job on my hair and getting exactly what I want. I've also gotten my hair done by Sara and Lee, and they're both absolutely amazing with my hair and I've always loved the outcome. I recommend all family and friends to Jas beauty salon as they've never disappointed and all the ladies there are so friendly and make you feel welcomed and comfortable.

I wrote a long memoir of my displeasure at first, but decided to keep it short and sweet instead. Advice to the salon ... don't overbook, it creates a "rushy" unprofessional vibe. It's also rude to tell a customer " I cancelled my tattoo appt to do your highlights" (it's not my fault tf, why did I have to know that lol) .. its also rude to service other customers while your working on one. The first customer you cut his hair first, and the second customer you washed her hair out. That's where the overbooking problem comes to affect.

Last but not least, treat all your customers like regulars. New customers turns into regulars too .. but I don't think I'll be coming back. Do better, and stop rushing damn. ‍

I can't believe after that experience I left a $30 tip smh‍

I was referred to Lee by my daughter who loves getting her hair cut by her.  I was not disappointed! Lee was awesome!  Super friendly, great conversation and best of all she cut my hair exactly how I wanted. Attention to detail was great and she made sure it was exactly to my liking. Even told me to come back if I find imperfections when I get home. Will definitely return!

Hi, My daughter and I went here to get haircuts. Sara and Lee took such good care of us. They cut it exactly like we wanted and were so helpful and kind. We both felt right at home. Thank you both for your warmth and expertise!! It's been a long time that I've not had a go-to place and am Glad we finally have a place to go.
