Jagged Edge in Anderson, IN

Did my wedding hair and makeup and I'm so sad and regret it  the makeup artist literally used her fingers to apply my makeup. She "forgot her brushes."

I do not recommend this place for anyone. Very unprofessional appearance, dirty and hair on the floor from previous hair cuts that I had to sit in. Kaley bleach my hair and ruined it. I ended up with a toner being put on my hair just so I could walk out the door. She also cut my hair before she bleached. Seems to me you would do that last. Both employees where complaining about another employee while I was there. Not to mention that I was there 9 hours and still left crying. I had the same problem with the manager she is rude and lied. This place should not have a license. Attorney general office should look into this place.

I would never recommend this salon to anyone. The owner is very rude and the lady I believe her name was Kaley destroyed and absolutely fried my hair. The owner won't give me a refund. I won't be returning.

Very unprofessional and rude. Kaley left bleach on my hair for an hour and a half with heat. Completely ruined one side of my hair so badly that I have to shave it off!! I don't recommend this salon to anyone. I just wanted my money back and the manager wanted to argue and lie!!

I would never recommend this salon!  I took my 16 yr old daughter there and she got cute green highlights and a trim a few months ago.   I took her yesterday, for a hair cut, color and purple highlights. I took her into the salon at 10 am, told them what she wanted done, and told my daughter to call me when she was finished.  Well after texting back and forth checking on my daughter, I figured at 4 pm, surely she would be done. No, she wasn't!  She had her hair colored and highlighted, but it hadn't been cut yet!  I have never had a stylist color and style my hair without cutting it first. Odd, I thought.  My daughter was ready to go, after being there for 6 1/2 hrs ,so I paid for everything but the haircut.  I got her home and realized the top of her hair was all broke off. I called the salon immediately and was told to come in today at 230 and the mgr would look at it. Around 1230, the salon called and said they were too busy to take her today, but they would give her a free conditioning treatment. I said "forget it I want my money back!"  Needless to say the Mgr is not willing to refund my money, so I will be filing in small claims court against this dreadful salon. I just really feel badly for my daughter. She now has to start school feeling self conscious about her hair. Also the stylist name is Kaley
