Do you LOVE when your KGB deal really goes the extra mile? Well, I took a gamble, but ended up a winner. I booked my appointment 3 days in advance. The salon is very cozy, and located right in the heart of downtown. Everything about my appointment was great. I changed into a smock, then sat in the chair and took Joseph's suggestions (with my own idea in mind). His ideas sounded great, so we went with it. The shampooing experience was very relaxing, followed by an offer of up-to-date beauty magazines during my cut. I loved the way Joseph styled my hair with the round brush--I wish I had those skills! I was done within an hour and love my new do!

Thank you, Joseph, for a nice haircut! I already got so many compliments on it. He took over an hour for my haircut and was very careful. My neck felt a bit sore from sitting still for so long. No other hair stylist took this much time on my haircut before. And he gave me a bunch of haircare and styling tips. He's chatty and super friendly.

I'm sorry to say this but, I received an awful haircut. Everything leading up to the haircut it's self was decent like the shampoo, and the salon was clean, and quiet, but unfortunately the haircut was uneven, choppy and my bangs were cut very blunt. I left with the same split ends as I walked in with, and my bangs totally uneven. I will just have to wait for it to grow out! I would not recommend getting your haircut here.

Joseph did a terrific job on my hair. My hair was dried and damaged from a recent body wave. He knew just how to take care of my hair. He knows Asian hair very well! I felt like I could really trust him. I also asked him for the latest fashion trends and what he'd recommend for me. I did what he recommended. Minor changes. My hair looks and feels healthy again! Joseph is on top of recent trends & techniques. He told me he reads up on them in very expensive Trade Journals.
