Alway Top Notch service I cant seem to get anywhere else. See attached cut! Vivian never tries to sell you a bunch of crap you don't need. She realize and excellent service and excellent quality.

I'm disappointed. I've been looking for a new stylist and decided to take advantage of a Groupon offer. My hair was almost to my chest, all one length, and I part it down the middle. I told her I wanted it shorter but it needed to remain long enough to put in a ponytail. She said that she understood and wouldn't leave me with just a dog tail. I also wanted it layered. She asked if I wanted it to frame my face. I thought she meant that the hair in the front middle would be the shortest with it going progressively longer towards the back. I thought the front middle hair would go down to my chin because it would still be long enough to put in a ponytail. She cut it too short to put in a ponytail which was my primary concern. She also cut bangs using the razor scissors. The hair that I thought would go to my chin goes to my nose. While she was cutting my hair she was on a phone call and did some texting. She also seemed in a hurry. After she cut my bangs I just tried to hold it together because there was no turning back at that point. After she was done she asked if she cut it too short. I told her it would take some getting used to. My husband said we can go buy some headbands and I can wear those for a while. I'm pretty sad about my hair.

The salon is small (I had the place to myself), and one of the chairs I sat in had a broken arm which made the shampooing part a little uncomfortable, but the shampoo/conditioner did wonderful things for my hair :) The stylist, Vivian, was friendly and asked questions regarding what I wanted for my cut, and wasn't afraid to clarify if my answer wasn't clear. She didn't try too hard to push conversation, which I appreciated because some other stylists I've had just don't let you get a word in :) My hair cut and wax were painless and very quick. Definitely recommend this salon!

I found this salon through a groupon and had a wonderful experience with stylist Vivian. She was friendly and did a wonderful job with my hair and eyebrows. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this salon and I will definitely be returning.

I purchased a groupon and when I walked in- I did not get a friendly vibe from the hairdresser. The whole time she did my hair- she talked about how "trashy" the groupon people were that had come in so far... Ummm... I had a groupon, so what does that mean. She did a nice job with my highlights and gave me full head coverage but I disliked topics she chose to talk about and when you are having this person work on your head for three hours it's nice to enjoy the conversation. I will not be going back.
