Came in here w an appointment for a dip set. Told them I wanted pink and white French and specifically told them I wanted it to be the retro bright, translucent pink. They came back with the normal pink to use asking if that was what I meant, when I had clearly tried to describe the pink I had in mind and that it was not the "normal pink most people use with French" as they stated. As I had already tried multiple times to describe what I wanted, I just let it go and went w the normal pink and did black tips. Picture of what I left with. I was never asked if I liked the amount of black tip added on and I have no idea why they thought this was acceptable or what anyone would want. Since my nails were already not what I wanted going in, I just left it and decided I wouldn't return to this shop. Upon breaking a nail, literally the next day after getting them done, I was going to go get it fixed on Sunday but they're inconveniently closed. Then today, Monday, I go in around 11:30 and they want to ask me to come back at three for a simple fuckin nail fix. Their work is awful in it's aesthetics and totality. Not only are they hideous and already breaking, but they're obnoxiously thick as well. Then they can't even have enough employees on hand to fit in a simple nail fix that is already inconvenient to fit in on MY end anyways.
Fantastic mani/pedi by Maddie. I will certainly return. I chose dip nails - see photo. This was my first time at this place. Everyone was very professional and nice. The conversation was perfect. This is my time to relax so I'm not one for too much talking, but I want to be social. Make an appointment and give them a try!

I made an appointment on the same day (I guess I got lucky!) and was in and out in about 70 min. Place was clean, staff was friendly and I was happy with my gel mani/regular pedi. My manicurist even tested a few shades out on my nails to help me decide on a good color.
I've gotten great shellac manicures and spa pedicures from JL nails. Prices are great and they do a great job. Only problem is I have a hard time getting in, so definitely recommend appointments scheduled far in advance, (2-3 weeks out). Would give 5 stars if availability was better. I've started going to a different salon that has better walk-in availability.
