Took my 13 yr old daughter here to get her nails done and they did a wonderful job. Masks are worn, disinfecting between clients and great customer service. Prices are very reasonable especially during COVID. It was especially nice to get my daughter pampered during this time!
Just updating my review. I still love Dan and his service. This time I came for a repair (a second broken nail in a week from the previous place) and I refused to return. I got done quickly and I'm happy. I will return in week for my fill (or a whole new set)
When I walked in nobody greeted me, when somebody finally asked "what do you want" and I replied I had an appointment they finally directed me where to go and as I sat down the man looked annoyed that he had to look up from his phone to do my nails. I had called earlier in the day to see how much they charge for a fill along with get an appointment and they said 17 dollars but when I got there I was charged 30 dollars. For the nails they were okay- when he was sanding I had a burning sensation on my nails which has never happened before so that's concerning. They are also the THICKEST acrylic nails I have ever had which makes them look tacky is not a look I like so I will be going somewhere else next week to get them redone. I don't know the name of the man who helped me as none of them were wearing name tags and they didn't introduce themselves.
Will not be returning. My last visit was torture; the guy was sanding my nails to the point I pulled my hand away because it burned. Unsanitary; barbicide is old, filing cube used on me was thrown back in unlabeled container it came from. Owner is nice but made a racist remark.
This place is great. Tracy is the best, she always does my nails the way I ask and she always remembers to ask about my kids. It's nice to know I'm a valued customer!
