J & L Creative Nails in Chester Springs, PA

Had a pedicure the other day. Wasn't neat, done in 25 minutes. My regular salon was closed on Tuesday so I went here. Had a pedicure here a year ago and was not satisfied. Would not recommend for a pedicure.

Not pleased! Was not busy at all and my appointment felt rushed. I only got a gel manicure which lasted 3 days before they chipped. Plus, they didn't even do my cuticles or hand massage.

Was not impressed. Not very busy here, and pedicure felt rushed. Was not at all the relaxing treatment I get at other places. New to area and trying out various nail salons to find a good one. I won't be going back here. I cannot remember if she used clean tools, but when cutting my nails she cut my one pinky toe too low and I kinda yelp'd lol no pun intended on this review site. But she just was like oops and kept going. And she did notI even clean the cuticles or use the little digger as I call it. It was literally like I went to dip my feet in some water and get my toes nails painted. That was about it. But the overall color was nice and did not chip until close to time to get another pedi. So that was a plus as my toes did look good after. It just was not the relaxing treatment that I am used to from other nail salons.

I had an appointment for a mani/pedi tonight and Tony did my gel manicure and it was excellent. My pedicure was done by a woman who wasn't friendly at all and it was the worst pedicure I have ever had. It was super quick and she seemed annoyed. This is the second pedicure I got here and the first one wasn't great either. I won't be returning for pedicures in the future. I will only get a gel manicure from now on and be requesting Tony.

I just got a dip manicure from this salon and have never been more disappointed. I asked the man to cut my nails about half way down (they were pretty long), he agreed then proceeded to do so. He then took it into his own hands and filed them even more then just cut them all the way down even though I said not to go any shorter multiple times. I then asked for tips on all nails since he cut mine off but he only gave me them on my pointer fingers. At this point I was so frustrated and just wanted to leave I did not say anything else. I had also asked for an almond/oval shape but was given an assortment of different varieties on different fingers. I have never written a yelp review before but it was comical how bad they turned out I felt that it needed to be shared.
