InTouch Massage & Day Spa in Williamstown, MA

Massage was average. Got a hot stone massage and several times the stones were scorching! That has never happened to me before. What I did not like was that the table and blankets were cold. She had the window open and not only was it cold in the room, it was noisy from the traffic. I asked her to close it and she said it was a Covid law. I asked my friend who also got a massage in a different room and she said her window was not open.

I had booked a second appointment with Erica and was told on arrival today that it had never been entered. I was offered nothing other than "I'm sorry, would you like to book another appointment?" Perhaps an offer of a discount would have been a better response. However, I would like to recommend Erica to anyone wanting a massage. She gives a great massage!

Staff was very sweet, experienced and helpful. Holly is very knowledgeable in her field and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Everything about my experience was 5 stars and I will definitely be returning.

Everything about my experience was 5 stars! Making my appointment was easy and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful with finding a time that worked for me. When I arrived for my appointment I was very taken with the lovely location, very bright and clean, and greeted like an old friend by Deirdre at the desk. She made me feel comfortable and welcome while I waited for my appointment with Tammy. Tammy greeted me warmly and promptly at my scheduled time. This was by far one of the most painless Brazilian waxes I've ever had in my life. She was quick and professional and made the experience relaxing. When we were finished I was a little surprised because it seemed to go by quickly and the spots that normally make me hold my breath anticipating some pain were easy and painless. I will definitely be back & trying out some of their other available services.

Really wasn't happy with the service. I went for a 30min mini facial. The first 10 my skin was cleasn d that was fines 20 remaining min was spent doing nothing. 10 min she steamed my face and the other 10 she put a mask on and just let it sit there. I was expecting more of massaging the mask in, not being stared at for 20 min. After she took the mask off a sunscreen was applied very roughly. Also, usually I am NOT critical and enjoy facials that I get. Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience
