I would strongly recommend that you consider all other options for hair services before choosing Intentions Salon!  Our experience that just happen 24 hours ago is enough to warrant anyone to never choose to do business there.  My 26 year old daughter has been a client of Julie's for several years.  My daughter is in the Nursing field and works for a very busy medical center/hospital out of town and drives 2 hours every three months for her appointments and services with Julie.  We have spent thousands of dollars over the years she has been a client, with Julie putting in hair extensions, coloring of extensions and her real hair as well as removals of old extensions each time we order and pay for new ones.  After having been a great client for years, yesterday, my daughter had to cancel her appointment for that same day due to unforeseen circumstances related to a family member having a medical issue as well as two of our immediate family members being positive with COVID.  When my daughter contacted Julie, she was told that under no circumstance would this medical emergency and family issue be considered, that we would be charged a $250 cancellation fee and, the absolute most despicable part, is that the $1400.00 cash deposit my daughter paid her over two months ago (to be applied to her new hair being ordered and her appointment time which also would be for color and removal of current hair extensions) would be completely forfeited!  I personally reached out to Julie and she simply said refer to the signed waiver and that no exceptions would be considered.  I have already made arrangements to file a judgement against Julie for the $1400.00 she has elected to steal from my daughter, and we will let the Judge in Wake County hear this case!  It really is nothing but greed that drives her business and it is clearly apparent that she places no value on long term relationships with clients that have been the reason she has had a business.  In addition, we have been approached by past clients whom have elected to leave after witnessing the verbal mistreatment of staff working the front scheduling desk and assisting with her clients.  My daughter has spent the past 3 years working day and night to take care of sick patients throughout the COVID pandemic and is a young lady of upmost character.  So having Julie totally disregard this is beyond despicable and inexcusable!  Hair Salons are on every corner in every city, so do yourself a favor and find one that is owned and operated by someone with integrity and respect, and that is clearly not Intentions Salon in Cary, NC!

I've had my hand tied extensions for nearly two months now and they are hands down the best investment I made on myself. Julia and Kristen are both so much more than just hair stylist, they have given me my self confidence back. I have truly never felt more beautiful than I do because of the extension services they provided me with. If you are thinking about getting the hand tied extensions. DO IT! You will wake up everyday with beautiful hair.

I had an appointment with Kristen a few weeks ago. I absolutely love my hair and my experience. She made me feel so comfortable (and beautiful). She gave me a hair transformation. I had old brassy box dye on my hair and lots of split ends and some baby grays poking through and I left the salon with hair so soft and long my partner thought I had gotten extensions. Kristen spends lots of time educating you about your hair and what products and treatments would help you achieve your goal. I will say that my total hair makeover, with purchasing new products, was pricy. For me, the money was worth it because I knew I really wanted to start treating my hair better. If your ready to spend the time and money to really reach your hair goals this is the salon for you! Kristen is awesome!
