I usually get dip powder and it lasts 3 weeks. I got them done on Sunday and by Wednesday 6 of the 10 nails were chipped. I went back and they fixed them without charging me, but by the next day two were chipped again. I noticed the way they apply dip is very different compared to other salons I've been to. It is now Saturday, 6 days after I got them done and again 6 of the 10 are chipped. I paid $45 for the nails + $5 to remove the last set, a $10 tip plus for the first girl and another $5 for the girl who fixed my nails. So $65 for my nails to be chipped and not even lasting one week. Two friends that get acrylic nails recommended this salon to me, but I wouldn't go for dip powder.
i came in with my mom and saw a dab pen just laying on the front counter. took 20 minutes for someone to see me when it was obvious that a lot of people weren't working. finally my nail tech comes and every time her phone would ding she would stop what she was doing and check her phone. took over 2 hours for a simple nail manicure because she was constantly on her phone. the place was dirty and unorganized.
very disappointed. Have to wonder if they even have licenses, I can see a couple of pieces of paper on the wall but not 8 matching the number of persons working. The tech working on my friend says she is 18 and pointed out her younger sisters and mom (they are customers). My tech was a man who lost interest when I didn't want gel, shallac or add ons. Next thing I know is he is over doing someone else's and I have a young lady who doesn't seem to have a clue and keeps looking around as if to be rescued. She drew blood on my simple manicure and didn't finish and left to go to the back after painting my toe nails. Don't go here, it's sad but this place shouldn't be in business being run this way.
I will never return to this salon! This was the dirtiest place I have ever been in and the techs didn't seem to want to be there. My nails starting coming off within two days which was just wonderful since I was on a cruise! It was definitely a waste of time and money!!
