If I could give no stars I would. I went to her business looking for training to learn. Kim walked my boyfriend through a loan that was for 4000 with cherry. Whom she knows didn't not cover school only procedure. I did go to her business the things I seen the first few days made me realize I did not want to train here. I watched a 2 procedures Kim did. Kim asked her assistant during a procedure to grab her qtips. This person did not wash her hands did not put on gloves. Grabbed the qtips ran them under water and set them on the tray. Kim proceeded to use these qtips on this lady's open tattoo on her lips. Kim also took a Qtip touched the top of the pigment bottle wiped it on my forehead and my friend's forehead then put that same Qtip on the top of the bottle to get more pigment. This is highly unsanitary. She also had her daughters dog running all over the procedure rooms. After a few days I told her I did not want to train with her. She refused to give us our 4000 back. She then tried to bargain to keep our money saying well I might give 1000 back. The whole time I was in her place she complained about the expense of the lease of her building and how she couldn't get anyone in there. I feel like she frauded us the whole way and seen an easy way to steal 4000 dollars. Plus people beware of her non sanitary practices. It is scary!!!!!!

Wonderful service of washing and cutting my hair. Stylist asked questions and checked in during the hair cut. Amazing $35 price for a women's cut. Unbeatable for the area; I usually have to spend $65+ for a simple hair cut anywhere I highly recommend. Give them a call

The team at Infinity Salon do such an incredible job. I moved to Shelbyville almost a year ago from a big city and could not be more impressed with this salon. The talent they have is incredible and if you're looking for someone who is an expert with blondes - see Cameron! You won't be disappointed.

Just got my haircut here the other day by Nelina, and I will definitely be going back for everything beauty! I was impressed by the sanitation protocols they had in place, and felt incredibly safe. Nelina was kind and listened to all of my hair woes and made great recommendations that turned out amazing! I'm amazed that the price was only $35 for a full wash/cut/blow dry that was better than haircuts I've had that were close to $100 where the service was half as good. Definitely recommend anybody going, and I've already convinced my husband to go for his cut as well. Can't say enough good things! Thank you!
