Industry Salon in Red Bank, NJ

I had a horrible experience at this salon, I contacted them to have my hair color, blown out and cut before my wedding, I specifically stated how I needed to get out of the salon before 4pm and they said they understood and could complete the services. Well that was not the case! I came in and sat there for about 25-30 minutes, once I got to the chair I waited again for 20 minutes, I was finally approached and told after several minutes of waiting that I was not able to get all the services I requested, so I accepted that...they colored my hair and the lack of attention on my hair is an entire other review... as I waited in my chair and waiting the women decided to speak negatively about the transgender community and I can not write down the disgusting comments being said but I will say that the owner was present for this conversation and did not stop the conversation nor did she care.... I sat in the chair for so long and I guess because I did t walk into the salon with an expensive handbag and looked like I had money no one gave any attention to me....if you are an influencer or a Z list celeb they will go above and beyond but if your not good luck here! End of this story was I spent a gooood amount of money for services that were not met or even liked...I had to reblow out my hair and contact another salon to fix the half ass job that was done to my hair for my wedding... Please BEWARE! I thought this establishment would be a wonderful place to visit but please please please watch out

This is a great salon. I really just wanted to write this review after reading the review Lucy wrote. I have been going to this salon for years and I don't even see Giana. I do know every time I am there she is kind and professional. I think Lucy should stay in San Francisco in her bubble she clearly is very sensitive immature girl. Thank you and have a blessed day. It's unfortunate so many people have had great experiences with This salon except me. I have been going to industry salon since March and have been having terrible experiences with their service and calling me cancelling, delaying, rescheduling appointments, changing stylists, etc. The first time I got the extensions, the stylist put 2 rows of hair on one row literally causing it to fall out from the weight of it. I called and called to get back in, they originally told me "it's supposed to be lifting", I was like it's literally falling out of my head. They told me to come in the following week. After a WEEK of dealing with these extensions hanging off my head I did as they told me and returned to find out the stylist was out due to an exposure to covid. I told them I cannot keep waiting as my bridal shower was that weekend and they called me to come back later in the day. When I returned another stylist redid my hair, profusely apologized and said it was way too much weight in one row and it should be in 2 separate rows. I kept returning to this stylist as she was really good and understood my frustration. I had Called to change an appt a little while back and had to be squeezed in with a different stylist, they called me to come in early, then called me and said actually come later. After rescheduling my entire day I finally get there and they told Me the girl i originally made an appt with won't be doing my hair instead one of the shampoo girls would be, and I got charged the same nonetheless. She didn't do a good job, and I went back a week later to get it fixed with my original girl who profusely apologized again. This is twice I've had to go back and get my hair fixed. I've been going since March and I simply don't have time to keep going back and forth. I cut my honeymoon short to go in for my hair appt yesterday with my original girl to avoid any issues I've had previously as I was already super frustrated. I was extremely disappointed finding out my hair stylist was sick with COVID and no one called To tell me. Doesn't help the owner was very rude about it and infront of other customers. She said "well she's sick with covid and wont be back for 2 weeks. Soooo... idk what you expect" I tried to explain my frustration and she was extremely demeaning. From what I've heard, most people including my sister in law love it there. My mother in law however made an appointment for hair extensions , and as she was driving to red bank they called her and cancelled and she didn't reschedule based upon my experience. This is my personal Experience and I can't keep rescheduling my entire life from their lack of communication and terrible customer Service. Especially being that you pay premium Price for premium service. I love my hair girl, but I don't want to keep giving them business and being treated like I don't matter & disrespected. Maybe if I was a "housewife of New Jersey" I'd be treated differently.

I visited this salon for the first time and had the most pleasant experience. Giana took care of my hair and I am absolutely obsessed. She is passionate about what she does and it is evident / speaks for itself through her work. She is extremely talented, respectful, caring, and not to mention, a perfectionist! She listened to what I wanted and gave me genuine suggestions -- We did a blonde full balayage and extensions. The salon is so cute and clean as well. The service is absolutely outstanding -- although Giana took care of me, the rest of the staff is just as talented and great as well. Booked my next apt right on the spot. I highly recommend, don't think twice just do it!!

I've been going to Giana for my hair for over 10 years and have never gone anywhere else in that time. She is literally a hair genius! Not only is the salon beautiful everyone that works there makes you feel at home. Whether you have the pleasure of working with Giana or any of the other talented stylists you are guaranteed to walk out of Industry salon feeling beautiful!
