I managed to double book both my hair appt and my facial. My mistake completely. Yet the dream team of Brittney Schoessel (facialist extraordinare) and Emily Johnson (hairstylist extraordinaire) managed to salvage not just one but both appointments for me. I managed to mess up both of their busy schedules and the two of them managed to send me out of the salon feeling beautiful, special and as though I had done nothing wrong. These 2 are the best, there is none better.
This is the best salon I've ever been too. Very classy place and the people are wonderful. I don't feel like they're trying to size you up to take your money, it's been upfront and honest pricing in my opinion. I've worked with Bree and Angie, both I would highly recommend. They've also been flexible with my schedule so that helps as well.
I went for a wash and trim in my already short hair and the girl did not have idea of what she was doing asking me all time if this or that was okay to finally wrongly chop my hair.
At the end I had to ask her to please "clean" my neck of the peach hair and gave me few cuts on my neck so now it stings horrible! Ok, the cherry on top was when she did not even offer some wax or gel to quick style it before leaving. Honestly I love buying products at salons, but come on, sell me!

Made an appointment with Ashley to get some dimension to my blond hair. She phoned it in. I came out with one shade of battleship grey. I texted her twice to see if she could help me add some highlights. Nothing. Texted her again. Nothing. Then I texted back telling her I had to spend $100 to fix what she had done. Still, nothing. I really need to do some research next time. I wondered why I'd never heard of this salon and now I know!!
My family just recently moved to the area and I walked in desperately needing to get my brows waxed and they immediately greeted me and sat me in a chair right away! My brows were not in good shape when I arrived and my technician was so sweet and she got me my shape back in no time! My brows look awesome, and the whole process in and out was only about 10 minutes which was amazing. And the price was not overwhelming it was definitely less than I expected which made it even better. Will definitely be returning!
