That review is too good, I'd not give any stars. Their work is great, but attitude is lacking. Better not miss an appointment for an emergency.  You'll still get charged. If you call to discuss,  you'll find out just how cruel the salon manager Ciera can really be. Raising her voice. Telling you she doesn't care if you live or die. Someone like that has no business speaking to clients. Maybe it's postpartum.  Who knows.

After moving to the Springfield area, my family tried many salons, only to be disappointed. I did not expect to find this incredible salon.

My daughter walked in with a bad haircut and dye job done at a different salon, that she was trying to grow out.  She was hesitant and worried about getting it done. The stylist took the time to really talk to her about her hair goals, and what she wanted it to look like. She was honest with what she could do to fix it, and suggested what would make it look better.

Her hair looks absolutely stunning. She has incredible highlights, with rich red undertones. The haircut is modern and looks like something out of a magazine.  And I was super surprised at the very reasonable cost!  

My family has found their new salon home in the Springfield area.   I felt like the stylist cared about how her hair was going to look and not just about getting the next client in the chair.

Not a great experience, sadly. I went in for a toner and a trim - it took over 2 hours. When my stylist went to wash my hair, she barely scrubbed my scalp ... more so patted my hair? A scalp and neck massage was offered, but it ended up with me having to awkwardly support my head and be half seated up in the shampoo chair while it felt like my neck was being pet. My actual cut isn't great -- I realized when I got home I was never given a mirror to check the back of my head. I'm going to have to curl my hair for awhile to hide the blunt and awkward length "layers". Lastly, my hair wasn't styled after - just blow dried to lay flatly on my face. For a salon that works hard to appear as if it is a luxurious experience, I left feeling disappointed in my appearance while wasting my time and money.

Very nice salon. Separate spaces for cutting and doing color. Loved the quiet, dim room where hair was washed and scalp and neck massage was done. Great stylist. Listened to what I wanted. Highly recommend!

Did not get what I paid for.  I took my daughter for her birthday to get her hair done and mine as well. Mother daughter day. $120 got me nothing I paid for.  My hair color was nothing like I wanted,  I asked for wine,  which was included in the package,  Taylor S would not get me a glass,  I asked for some mousse or something to put on my hair,  she gave my amount smaller than a dime.  The experience I paid for me and my daughter, was not worth the price. Taylor S asked me if I have resistant gray,  I replied yes,  and she still did not get my gray out, which I could with a cheap box of hair dye
